Short Meditations on Nature includes three audios designed to quickly help you relax and pleasantly focus on natural images. The audios were developed with the intention to help your mind and body benefit from the meditative state.
Each of the audios are less than 10 minutes. You can take a short break and feel like you had a relaxing time out; your mind transported into connecting with nature.

You can listen to one, or all of the audios each day if you like. It is recommended you listen at least several times per week when you begin. Then you can decrease your listening as you choose.
These audios are designed to be clear and simple. Your mind can learn to focus on single points of images, helping you to calm and clear your thoughts. Because the audios are short, they are convenient to listen to when you have a small break available.
Meditation has been shown to improve focus, mood, and some physical processes related to stress.
